Wow!!! What a guy Steve Paxton is and what a team he has to work with!! As soon as we met Steve and chose him as our agent he was always on! Steve was always in contact with us, always getting us the most up to date listings and making sure we were able to see the houses whenever we were available to. Steve made sure to know what we were looking for and we never had to waste time looking at properties that weren't right for us!! Steve kept us informed throughout the process on every house we attempted to put an offer in and always had the best knowledge and accuracy to what we were going to need to offer to have a chance at the houses. 

We ended up getting in on a short sale and we were informed on the lengths these sales can take. During our months long venture into buying the home Steve was always in contact with us, letting us know how the process was going and was never shy about pushing for more information for us when things got slow in the process to help ease our concerns and lack of patience.
