Steve was our selling agent and we closed yesterday. Steve - from our first meeting- guided us with assurance and expertise. He’s a GREAT communicator throughout the process and a consummate professional. He’s energetic and motivated and smart. I am especially appreciative to him for his above and beyond patience with us over a year when we were moving a bit slowly in (mentally and physically) getting ready for sale: he never pushed us (we knew we wanted him to handle the sale) and just said “I’m here for you when you’re ready.”
He had great inputs for getting the house ready, including one for the basement that increased our finished square footage and significantly increased the sale price potential. We are the third house on our Charles Village block that he has sold in a year. A special shout-out to his professional team member Peter, who communicates wonderfully and knowledgeably, just as Steve does.
